They are usually dark-haired and hirsute. Brits, Scandinavians, and Germans have a lot more blonde and redheaded people and aren't as hairy.

Most of the brit blondes dye their hair blonde. Im from UK. Blondes are rare these days. You need to have 2 blondes to make a blonde. If either parent has dark hair, the offspring will have dark hair. Same goes for blue eyes.

Yeah the French, more so those from southern France probably have more in common with those from the Iberian peninsula than the British or Germans.

They're of largely Latin origin. Also Celtic and Germanic.
