Would you like to see it ratified into the US Constitution? The proposed text is as follows:

Equality of rights under the law shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any state on account of sex.


37 states have ratified it. We would need just one more out of the remaining 13.

I agree with it, but wouldn't that need a constitutional convention? That's a dangerous proposition, the GOP would probably manage to slip some sort of change limiting citizenship to whites and east asians or denying person status for black people or something very MAGA like that

It's basically known as the Feminism Amendment but it would help men a lot too
