Weve come so far as a society from the days of clonking the guy next over in the head with a club because he killed the mammoth the other guy was hunting or putting women in cages because they supposedly turned a guy into a newt. Hell, were able to store thousands of songs on technology the size of a stick of chewing gum, fly on planes from one side of the world to the other in a matter of hours, and able to watch the same event someone else is watching in real-time.
