A full freezer will keep temperature for about 48 hours (24 hours if half-full). If your freezer is not full, group packages so they form an igloo to protect each other. Place them to one side or on a tray so that if they begin thawing, their juices wont get on other foods.

Do your self a favor and go buy two bags of ice and stuff your mini fridge top and bottom with them. Then keep it closed.

A generator would be useless anyway. House is a huge slump block house with two air conditioners on the roof, would need an industrial one.
