When making vegan pizza it's probably a good idea to take additional steps to make sure multiple pieces of meat don't "accidentally" get hidden under the cheese aka a place toppings don't typically go.

But for what it's worth, the lady in question seems willing to give them the benefit of a doubt:

Whether purposely or accidentally, I found multiple chunks of salami hidden under the vegan cheese and I genuinely feel sick to my stomach.

Multiple chunks of salami were found under the cheese. Again, this isn't like a stray piece of meat got caught up during the process of making the pie.
