I'm not talking the rts series everyone knows, or the space marine game that got some love.

Look up Warhammer 40k on steam, psn, xbl, whatever, and you'll see dozens of random ass 40k games.

Is anyone even buying them?

The tabletop series is popular enough for official gameworx stores to exist.

Cardfight Vanguard probably could have official stores too.

Wasn't there theories that Games Workshop didn't want video game adaptations to compete with the actual board game and either wouldn't give the liscense for adaptations or purposefully wouldn't give them to big budget companies so they would usually suck?

Games Workshop, a freakin' board game company, seems to be more cutthroat than most other businesses.

I've also read some stories of the Warhammer creators not licensing video games back in the day because they were thought to be fads that would never replace the physical board game.

We were thinking of naming the baby Ellipsis, but it seemed so...typographical.
