At work, i a carried 6 boxes of paper upstairs to 3 floors high.

1 box of papers = 5 reams = 500 sheets/ reams

It is a 70gr paper. So

70x500x5 = 17.5 kg

I carried 2 at once so 35 kg up 3 flight of stairs + 20 Meters distance times 3.

Like fuck i am fucking swamped. Skipped daily exercise because of this. Feels more tiring than my usual exercise routine.

A lot.
Now sit back & enjoy your tenth slice of cheesecake pizza, you deserve it.

Nice.

main benefits of exercise is to keep your heart rate pumping at a steady rate.

i'm sure most people consider heavy lifting for a short amount of time as strenuous for the muscles however, it does little for the actual heart. this is different from weightlifting since you're usually stressing your muscles and therefore your heart close to failure per set(if you're exercising correctly that is) and the short rests in between doesn't allow your heart rate to completely settle before you go again.

seems like your "routine" consisted of strenuous activity for a prolonged amount of time and since stair climbing alone is considered a physical exercise in itself, you doing it with weight on top probably means you earned yourself a rest.
