You know those chefs videos that just cut everything with a giant meat cleaver and do it with crazy accuracy?

I thought "that should be possible" i often cook, and decent with knives so i tried that. First, the sharpness feel good, but when you try to make a curved cut, it is actually really hard to control because of its weight, size and overall different center of mass. I kept going, and slipped and ended up cutting my finger, right above my nail.

Moral of the story: don't be a wise ass and try shit on the internet. They are professional for a reason.
