it's like they try to adapt araki's new artstyle he used in part 7 and 8 (because the manga was released in 2014 or so) but kinda failed, because it's particularly hard to emulate in anime format.

I mean, every season has a different art-style, but yeah, the Pt4 characters look really weird in the OVAs.
