I put some jars in the freezer, I now have salsa for at least a month if not more. I need to start making my own salsa, it's much cheaper and healthier. Now my next step is to make my own tortilla chips, but I need to buy a tortilla press and Masa Harina online.

I've made some from store bought wheat ones, while they became perfectly cooked, they tasted crap since they were wheat. Then I've made from store bought corn and wheat ones and those were better, still I think the best ones are gonna be 100% corn ones, but we can't buy tortillas like that here, gotta make it myself.
