I'll save the ingredients in an ingredient bank, so I can do this challenge more often.

Flour

Top tier ingridient, can't be without it to make a roux and bases for loads of great sauces and stews. And that's just for the sauces, then all the baking and other magical stuff you can do with it.

A great herb, love it when I make Italian inspired dishes. It's an herb I haven't really experimented with much. I enjoy the flavor but not my favourite herb.

Interesting, never had it, I've been meaning to try it out some day. Can't rate it as I don't know much about it and never had it.

I think it's a bit underrated at times, it's actually kinda versitile, fresh, boiled, fried etc.
I enjoy the flavor and the punch

Minced Garlic

I'll just have it as garlic. Or do you specifically need it to be minced?
Garlic is another top tier ingredient, it gives so much needed flavor to so many dishes.

Minced garlic, I rarely use it minched, I rather chop or shred with a microplane. I don't like it minched that much.

Now this could be hard to use, maybe I'll pickle it in strawberry gin and champange vinagar and some herb, then have that as the sweet and sour part of the dish, like a hearthy meat stew or something. I don't really like the ingredient on it's own.

Same as with the basil, but this works with a range of more dishes than what I feel basil does. Good with lots of meats, potatoes, most western european food. Even nordic food. It's a top herb, also good with some cocktails!

I've worked too seldom with this, I love the flavor and stuff you can do with it. I've been planning to make a pur of this for something.

Never had that, but I've always wanted to try it, it seems so satisfying biting into it. I dunno how it behaves in cooking but if its similar to honey then it's easy. Make a sweet BBQ sauce with honey comb in it, use it instead of sugar for every food recipe that uses sugar etc. Make desserts etc. It sounds so delish so I imagine it will be a top thing I love. Bad part is that I have no idea where I can find it, never seen it in stores.

It is incredibly satisfying to bite into.

I'm friendly with a privately owned grocery store that has an aisle dedicated to literally just fancy imported honey, in all variants, among other extreme hipster things. It is managed exclusively by a 70 year old European man of indeterminate origin and his daughter. I get that it's weird to, like, make physical trades with randos on the internet, but you're ever looking for some weird that you can't find on Amazon, I can probably find it and ship it over, at neutral cost.
