I haven't and won't look at story spoilers, but I looked up some gameplay stuff, and one thing is catching everyone's attention. I'll put it in spoilers if you don't want it ruined for you, it had nothing to do with story spoilers or anything, just a gameplay feature:

The rumor about a double bladed Saber is true, but its far more than that. The main character eventually has a detachable Saber that he can switch between double bladed, dual sabers, or single Saber, mid combo. Meaning you can strike with single, then switch to double or dual in the middle of a combo.

Also apparently the game is fairly lengthy, about the same length as dark souls games not factoring in story cutscenes. 8 planets you can go to as well, almost in any order you choose.

People with early copies are saying it's actually pretty good.

Yep, the hilt splits in the middle, allowing for dual, double, or single, and is switched with a button press to make combo variations.

He combines two different hilts together, using the second hilt from some boss.

Also guys, be very careful, there's apparently major major story spoilers out there. Thankfully so far the subreddit I got this info from is doing a good job of properly obscuring them from those who don't want to be spoiled.

The only real spoiler I've seen so far is that Vader appears at some point in the game which is really not very surprising anyway

Can't wait to play this when I get home in a bit, thank you New Zealand time zone

In Jedi Academy you're restricted to only one saber stance at a time.

It looks like you can switch stances on the fly in Fallen Order.

I should have grabbed it at Target last week for $36. I haven't really had an urge to play console stuff in a long ass time and figured Sword would be enough.

if this single-player only game without microtransactions flops they might get back on their bullshit

EA did have a run for a while last gen of putting out dope games

Fuck EA but Respawn is great. Maybe only buy Respawn games?

Though Skallagrim would probably say that dual wielding might be more viable for lightsabers, i dunno

I bought a month of Origin Access Premiere last month and turned on 2FA for an extra bonus month. I just beat A Plague Tale and now have 6 weeks to beat Fallen Order.

A Plague Tale has already made that price worth it so Fallen Order is just a bonus. It's pretty easy to play EA Games for dirt cheap lol
