Turning it into realistically usable cash might be a pain but I'd probably use it to get me and my wife newer cars (2014ish should be doable with selling our cars). It'd go a long way for lowering our maintainance and gas costs I think, plus it needs to be done sooner or later. Anything left over can go into savings. But of it was my real sister who did this I'd turn it back to her I think. She's having a baby in a couple of months. --- We all ate the biscuits, Fighter. We can all see through time.
