That game unfortunately remains the most recent example of why timing can be important when it comes to releasing games against other games (in this case Overwatch)

At least Titanfall 2 had its own niche to define itself out of against Battlefield 1.

I was interested in this game when it came out until I heard it was always online even for single-player. This is exactly why I didn't buy it. I sincerely hope they consider patching the game so that the campaign can at least be preserved.

The biggest shame is at was actually a lot more innovative than Overwatch and had much more potential than basically being a TF2 clone.

I mean, don't get me wrong, Overwatch was well-executed and mechanically tight (Although not my cop of tea). It's just, like... been done really well already.

If there's one good thing battleborn did, is helped improve the combat tremendously in borderlands 3 compared to 2.
