I think he means like

1.) "Hello my name is Duncanwii and I want a shiny Geodude." (if this is what he wants to say)
2.) English --> (random language, let's say german)
3.) "Hallo, mein Name ist Duncanwii und ich mchte eine glnzende Geodude"
4.) German --> English
5.) "Hello, my name is Duncanwii and I would like to be a brilliant geodude" (this is what would come out)

So he wants to say #1, then it would come out as #5.
