So I keep hearing/seeing everyone saying that Witcher's can't feel. But I get the sense that it's more that their emotions are dulled or something? Cuz Geralt shows pain when he's really injured. And why have sex if you can't feel? Can someone elaborate on this?

I think their emotions are dulled, but not entirely gone. Geralt clearly does show emotion, he can get annoyed or angry and loves being a smart ass. He falls in love too.

Witchers not feeling any emotion at all is like a negative stereotype

They're not supposed to have *emotional* feelings - they are generally regarded as having a very black and white understanding of the world and the morality there. But that isn't necessarily true.

And they feel physical sensations for sure. And women like having sex with Witchers because they're sterile and can't catch disease.

I think one of my favorite things in the show so far is when he calls the Sylvan a dick. With balls. Geralts face looks so satisfied with his pun lol

Yeah they can feel physical sensation no problem. Some of the potions they take will temporarily dull them so they will be able to keep fighting when otherwise they might pass out. Their training also comes with large amounts of physical pain so they learn to manage it quite well.

Emotionally they are somewhat stunted, the mutations they have to go through makes it harder to feel, and their stoic philosophy makes them appear unfeeling. That along with the fact that politically they are supposed to remain neutral. Their job is to kill monsters and that's it. Not get involved in politics or wars or anything like that.
