Don't feel bad. When I was working cash there was a 30 year old girl that came through and she was pushing a child in a stroller. I said that its nice to take your daughter out now and then. With the most disgusted look on her face she said "that's my grand daughter". I said that she only looked to be at most 30 years old. She replied "That's because I am 30". Before storming off.

So she was 19 and her daughter was 13

Shocked myself looking in the mirror recently and seeing so much white and grey, usually I just have a quick glance at myself from a distance so I hadn't noticed. Temples are nearly fully there and I'm 29

A few months ago when I was cutting my hair I saw a couple gray hairs.

I almost cried.

I was 31 when I got over the 100lbs lost mark and got comments from strangers and new acquaintances about how upsetting it must be for me to be balding at such a young age. I asked how old they thought I was and I got anywhere from 21 to 24. Didn't really know how to feel about that.

Thankfully I'm blessed with strong features, so I don't need to worry about outer appearances going away. I'm 34 and look like I'm in my mid 20s. Sure I have a bit of weight on, but I'll focus on losing that in the coming years. Major downside with me is my internals are all sorts of screwed. High blood pressure since I was 7, ADHD untreated until I was 30, and I have a form of Tourettes which can cause my head to start "ticking", or rapidly moving back and forth if I don't have my medication on a regular basis, or if I'm under a huge amount of stress.

Mine is very salt and peppery, looks like I have white and grey highlights.

Could be worse, be bald at 23

I won't ever go bald, thankfully. I get my hair genes from my mom's side and my grandpa had hair until the day he died. Downside is it's super thick and coarse, so I can't really grow it and do anything with it. The only things that look good on me are a buzz or a fade.

I have plenty of grey hairs at 25, will be salt-and-pepper in my 30s which I'm cool with since my family doesn't bald until well into senility.
