Two kids sitting in a back row at school. Every episode is seven minutes long. The girl is the perspective character and is constantly annoyed/amazed at her seat neighbor, "Seki-kun", and to what grand extent he can kill time during class.

And boy, Seki-kun wastes time like a champ.
