Reading is easy for me, but I speak with a terrible accent. Anyway I assume they want you to hurry. kuai means fast. gongchan is a communist, so probably that, lol. zhuyi is attention, like attention so and so. In this case the dude's name is apparently Joe Ban Ren.
Really weird message. Please note I am guessing. Pinyin isn't Chinese and this isn't even Pinyin, so the possibilities are pretty vast.
