Your best bet at success is to go get lost in Siberia. The icy climate will preserve your body and in several thousand years they'll find you. You'll be an incredible specimen who is studied for deeper insight into 2000's life and culture. Hopefully by this time they'll have figured out how to reanimate dead bodies and you'll be revived. From this point, enjoy your new life in the 456th century.
