You can grab onto the opponent, and knock them to the ground; you can do this excellent flip off their body; you can do a rising move which really knocks them back; you can hit them three times while spinning around. This, combined with his speed and strength, make her a really useful character...and fun, too. It's like playing with a strange version of Chun-Li. The speed and agility, you know? What do people think of Ibuki? Does she appear in later games? I've got a copy of Street Fighter IV, but can't remember if she's actually in it.
