I literally used the PC less than 24 hours ago, shut it down, unplugged everything, moved it in my car to my house, and plugged everything back in.

Did you open it up and make sure everything is still plugged in properly? Some times cables come loose in transit.

Everything looks connected. All expected lights are on, inside and all peripherals. No output to monitor. Fans sound like they are running a little harder on boot

Probably GPU becoming loose, make sure it's fully inserted into the PCI slot.
