I didn't get it yet because of carpel tunnel and thumb tendonitis. I know if I play it longer than an hour or so my hands will hurt.

TC isn't really the epitome of healthy living, he's likely biologically older than his real age. He's in his mid thirties. If you've been grinding your tendons since a youth on Street Fighter 2 or doing any kind of fine motor skill it can take a toll on your hands.
