Oh weird, Rio Rancho isn't too big, but that's where I got family and spent three years of my life growing up. I used to visit every year, but haven't been to Rio Rancho in years at this point. So when you said smashed into I thought you meant the windows. I wasnt sure how that could write-off a vehicle, but some vehicles are pretty cheap. My vehicle has been hit a bunch and theres no way these people didnt know they did it. I can say from what I've seen all 3 things apply. Destructive tendencies do occur. Theft as well. And of course addiction. (As well as getting so burnt out someone starts shooting at helicopters that aren't there and thinking their friends are secretly DEA agents. Wild shit.) So... Rio Rancho is also where a cop got arrested and his fellow officers cut his uniform off earlier this year. He was arrested for beating his wife. Like SERIOUSLY beating his wife.
