The medic uniform is a button up navy uniform, so it kinda looks like a cop uniform >_> But we got called cuz some dude was passed our in his car. When we approach him and knock, he wakes up, sees us, and then immediately whips out a bag of heroin and swallows it lol I'm like "BRUH! We're not the cops. I dont care what you drugs you have, but we definitely gotta take your ass to the hospital now >_>" >_> Of course he dipped out on us halfway during transport smh
But other crazy shit happens cuz of this, like 2 weeks ago, a dude high on PCP pulled a gun on some of my coworkers cuz he thought they were cops. Thankfully no one got hurt >_> Some cities straight up give their medics bulletproof vests cuz they get shot at so much. There was another time where some 18yo chick called for stomach pain and we walked into the house and escorted her out since she could walk. Well apparently she didn't tell her mom she called 911 cuz her mom popped out of a room and was like "WHY ARE YOU ARRESTING MY DAUGHTER?! WHAT'S GOING ON!? WHY ARE THE COPS TAKING HER!?" and I'm like "Bruh, we're not the cops! Don't you see the ambulance parked outside your home?" and then she's like "Oh." and then goes back to her room without saying anything else (.......??????????)
