Do you think all women were cleaning houses and waiting for their husbands because that is the only thing they ever wanted in life? Most people aren't that strong. If society is showing and telling them that they shouldn't be interested in certain areas, then they will hold off on and give up their dreams. It is good to make all walks of life feel welcome to do any job or hobby

Quotas are bad. Do you lack the ability to judge someone based on their work and project that onto everyone else or something? It's only being forced because people had decades to do it themselves and showed that they're gonna keep overlooking talented minorities to cater to the status quo.
