It really is pretty stupid. The worst part is that it's got SO many returning Street Fighter 2 characters. Ryu, Ken, M Bison, Vega, Cammy, Chun Li, Blanka, and so on. Far too many old characters from Street Fighter 2. That would've been just about okay, though, if they weren't so similar to before. They have almost exactly the same moves. Even the speed and power of the moves seems roughly the same. On top of this, the graphics are dreadful. For something from the second half of the nineties, the graphics should've been MUCH better. There is barely any parallax in the background, everything seems so pixellated. It's a step back from the previous games. The style of the graphics is basically cartoony, which, although subjective, was IMO a mistake. The music is nothing special. The whole affair is kinda boring. It's not all bad. If a person had NEVER played the earlier games, it would probably be a lot of fun. Probably. And the gameplay is good, of course. But still.
