now normally laugh but since Saturday I've seen people walking in the dark who vanish when the lights come on. I'm also hearing things. I'm too scared to look it up myself please h as OP me.

it wasnt an illusion. there was a guy in my upstairs hallway squatting down at one of our luggage carriers. He had a defined form and was, I would say, very frightening that I ran to the light and turned it on.

More likely to be shadow people. Beings from another dimension. Or your mind playing tricks.

If its shadow people, keep in mind that according to some theories they might not even realize you are there or they might see you the way you see them. If that helps to make them less scary. Some theorize that shadow people are normal physical beings just in another world and they only appear like that cause you are gazing across dimensions

That would happen to me when I was extremely stressed, high, and went a day without sleep while overworking myself physically

It would feel like my dead dog was brushing up against my leg - shit, I even felt the hands of my ex pressing against my chest and working her arms up to my shoulders

The worst was that as a musician I just hear instruments in my head or rhythms, but when I was that tired I would completely hear things that weren't there

Sometimes, I see my dog walking into my vision, but then I look over and he's laying on the couch. I'm trying to set a record for the youngest person with dementia tho. I dunno if this is an early sign of that, but I can only hope.
