I'm 35 and I'm in health care. But my passion is food and flavors.

I just don't know what step to take. There are plenty. Steps I've thought of is:

Get a chef's education, go up the ladder the classic way.
Start a youtube channel as a hobby and hope for recognition.
Invest in a food truck.
Apply to Swedish MasterChef
Become a food critic
Invest in some of my unique business ideas in cooking.
More I can't remember atm.

I'm super professional in health care and I'm great at it, but it's not my real passion. I want to be creative, make people happy with my creations.
My strenght in cooking is my sense of taste, I still have LOADS of techqicies to learn but I can nail the balance of flavors very well, so I want really focus on flavors.

Just not sure how to start this career.

Food truck is probably the easiest option. Not sure how the swed's enjoy food trucks though, let alone adventurous ones.

"I could care less" means you care right now.
The proper phrase is "I couldn't care less."

Also be careful about turning your passion to be a career.

I think you should do all of those things.

If you have money to invest, investing in a food truck with somebody who has experience would be good.

I would also recommend working in a kitchen at a restaurant as well if you don't have experience already.

I think the YouTube thing would be a good fit for you based on your posts here.

It's getting more and more attention here, but it's pretty seasonal and location matters a lot.

Yeah no thanks, maybe only for learning oppertunity and experience but I would not enjoy it much since my passion is more about seeing the people I serve. I also want to inspire other people into cooking.

Sadly I have no assets to invest.
