Right now I don't have any set friendly to film myself on screen cooking, so I'd be more akin to Chef John, where I won't be on screen, but you get more close up vid on the process.

I want to focus on describing how I interpret the flavor, and what I think about building the flavors and textures in some easy to understand way.

I dunno how I would do the voice, live voice or voice over. Either way I feel I awkward in a way trying to explain things and I feel it might sound boring compared to many other youtubers.

I also have no filming equipment and I just want to start with my phone and some beginner editing too (I also have no editing experience). So it will be quite rusty.

I don't want to do any of the annoying shit popular youtubers do.

My main goal would be to inspire, have some kind of interaction with watchers, have discussion about cooking etc.
