oh yeah flavor:

A fresh take with ballanced milder flavors, forgot to mention lemon juice I drizzled at top adds acidity, the creamed spimach has a little cream and the a vege stock, also lemon juice, creamy, sweet with slight acidity.
Potatoes are soft and nice and neutral, salmon is cruncy seasoned with salt, white and black pepper and dried dill, this is main salty component among with the boiled brussel sprouts, I added butter to them too.

I loved the fried brussel sprout leaves, nice crunch and nutty bitterness really pushed the flavors up a notch.

well it wasnt complety deep fried, just hot oil in a pan to get the crisp then I cooled the oil down with butter also adding that flavor to the fish. But I had it for too long after I added butter.

I hate rosenkl. Don't really like crusted shells on fish unless it's just a filet.

But I love salmon and spinach, so I'd probably eat it.

yeah, it was reheated (i fried it in oil to get the coating crispy again. But the sauce made up for it. Salmon got bit overcooked in the first dish when I made it.

Looks fantastic, I like everything on the plate, I eat fish, brussel sprouts and spinach pretty often. Salmon is a top tier fish also, I love it.
