Then he falls in love with her and she kinda starts feeling the same way. And then yeah. Because nothing is set in stone, especially when movie interpretations about a fictional story can be made. It can easily be made into her not wanting to leave also but her mom and the other Gods want her back, and her eating Hades fruit is her and Hades' excuse for allowing her to stay.
