This was for teaching, but really it can apply to a lot of positions. My example is: Let's say you and I have a friend named Bob. live loves Nascar. I hate Nascar. But Bob says "guys I just got tickets to the last race of the season yeah!!! " Even though I don't like Nascar, as Bob's friend I respond: "that's awesome! " and give him a high five.
