1) I haven't.
2) I have never been that fat. Right now is probably the heaviest I've been and I'm still under 200 lbs at 6 feet.

I bumped into a casual acquaintance a while ago who kept insisting I'd lost weight. I hadn't seen him in, like, 2 years and had maybe lost ten pounds since then. It was odd.

Just because people are commenting you lost weight doesnt mean they thought you were fat, dont project so much.

My mind is an open book, do you find it entertaining? At least be original in your responses then.

Have you had problems with bloating? I know lots of people who can look 10-15lbs heavier when they let their diets go to shit (or drink too much alcohol) even though it's not actually fat.

I've also noticed in others and experienced for myself a redistribution of sorts when it comes to fat. Even before I lost a lot of weight, my face and upper body thinned out a bit, and I was like 28 when that happened. People thought I lost weight when I'd actually started my last big period of gain.

Our bodies can fluctuate a lot, so while they might be wrong about you losing fat, they could still notice a difference.

Until you get to some extremes, weight=/=fitness. You could've lost fat and put on muscle. Even a slight change is noticeable.

I haven't been in anything close to shape in like 15 years. I literally can't even do a lot of physical activities that would burn fat like that, due to some neurological problems. I'm trying to diet better though.

Honestly, I have dealt with bloating sometimes. I don't feel like my look has changed anytime recently, but we aren't always the best judges of ourselves.
