Get a lot of sun daily enough to where you'd get a really good tan, I used to have psoriasis which it looks like that is, but once I got enough sun it went away.

However, I also did at a time smoke weed a lot which the anti-inflammatory property of weed which is really powerful might have also helped make it go away/stay away.

Oh and I've read that those who had liver transplants end up having their psoriasis go away, so if you do or did drink a lot that could be what started this.

Liver dysfunction is what at large causes psoriasis.
