Chicken breast with potato and root veggie gratain (pre made but they are very tasty), sauteed red bell pepper and onion with the chicken and cherry tomatoes. Chicken was seasoned with salt, whitw pepper (he had no black pepper), bit of curry powder and tarragon.

result: he is a man thats hard to motivate to eat, he ate it up so fast.

Looks good, and good on you. If I had to cook for the ones I take care of to motivate them to eat (when otherwise they wouldnt) they'd be fucked lol

Tarragon and curry powder (the one we have here) works very well together. And tarragon works well with chicken as well imo.

I took the pic while he was still getting out of bed. Had to motivate him like 5 times there was lunch ready before he got up. And it wasnt cold anyway.

Yeah thats not uncommon. Tho its more common that they say they have eaten but not eaten anything.
