Yes. Even of guys who aren't if they display any kind of confidence or success in their life. Also yes, I'd describe it as fairly debilitating mentally.

As for dealing with it, I haven't figured that out yet. I try to ignore it and go about my day until I forget about it, but the thought that I'm not as good as they are lingers.
