all you have to do is type in your age and your height and weight and it will tell you how much FAT you have on your body...plus at what level you are between an athletes bod to an obese bod and if you want to change to feet measurement, make sure to put 5.6 if you are 5 foot 6 or 6.3 if you are 6 foot 3. i wonder who what the majority is https://www.omnicalculator.com/health/body-fat https://i.imgur.com/CZuxUAD.png --- The Users have Spoken. It barely constitutes a good method of evaluating weight. Meanwhile there are specific devices and methodologies for determining body fat that were designed by actual scientists and medical professionals rather than statisticians who had no health background. --- (\/)(\/)|-| There are precious few at ease / With moral ambiguities / So we act as though they don't exist. ... Your Navy calculator is broken, it has me at borderline obese and I am anything but that lmao. I would bet my true body fat is more like 10-15%, unlike the 24% that calculator told me.

Height and weight are not enough data points to determine body fat. Yeah I'm considered obese by BMI and I'm in better shape than probably 95% of the population. Muscle weighs more than fat so this method is inherently flawed. I can squat 460, bench 335, and run 6 miles, and my diet is 90% unseasoned chicken... but I'm obese --- BADoglick to the Max! ...
