Kai: 42 (30+5+5+2)
Joe: 21 (30-2-2-5)
Alice: 27 (30-5+2)

Therefore, she will need to roll a 1 to get the below

Kai: 41 (30+5+5+2)-1
Joe: 20 (30-2-2-5)-1
Alice: 29 (30-5+2)+2
