But we're in the middle of lockdown, how the flying fuck is it vital that nobody sees their family or friends all of Christmas and we let suicides and depression mount up like almonds on a cheesecake but fucking Traffic Cops are esstential services? What? Even when there is traffic they are not esstential, and right now there is no traffic.

How is that not spreading covid?

I had half a mind to join in.

There are no cars around. Everything is closed. Sure the streets are flush with unmasked idiots in large groups ignoring the lockdown as always but no one has anywhere to drive too.

How the fuck is someone parking on a double yellow line in an empty street for 15 minutes to give his grandmother her life saving medicene a big enough issue to warrant a 90 fine during a global pandemic?

Let alone one that means we literally need to endanger the life of said people and everyone they come into contact with to give out that fine and keep spreading the virus.

Fucking bullshit. Meanwhile care workers are being told to stay at home because their work is non esstential, but this shit is? What the fuck?

If there was ever any doubt before then it's gone now, parking tickets are just a bullshit revenue raising system for corrupt governments and said government doesn't give 2 shits about the health or lives of their citizens.
