The various levels, the excellent graphics, the mix of coastal and inland areas, and a very well pitched difficulty level. My only real complaints are the fairly small number of levels (which of course get reused a lot), and also there are WAY too many levels where you're the police, and have to smash into enemies.

This is a decent game. Only game I've played in the franchise. Arcadey feel to it (which is good).
