You met a girl, thought she was grand. End up having a blast, she's really attractive, seems like great company, you get on well, have stimulating conversations. Then you offer to drive her home. When she gets to your car she opens the door like it was nothing.

"Huh, I thought I locked that." you say aloud.

"You did. There isn't a lock on this planet that I can't open in seconds. It's kinda my thing." she says with a hint of pride.

When you get to her place you discover it's an awesome penthouse.

"So what do you do anyway? How did you aford this?" you ask casually

"I'm sort of on commission. I do odd jobs for this group. Some cool people and it pays really well. Oh speaking of here comes my boss now. Hey Killer Frost, this is [Your Name]."

And then it hits you, like a brick covered in lemon juice. This girl is Extractress, part of the all-female Venus Vixens gang led by Killer Frost that has been terrorizing the city lately in a spree of mansion burglaries, bank robberies and musuem heists. Leaving the 1% terrified.

"Yeah whatever." Killer Frost says coldly. "We've got work to do. Let's go."

"Oh okay. Hey [Firstname]. Wanna meet up again on Thursday? I got no plans." she says as she starts to walk away with Killer Frost.

Anyway, lots of variables to the question, but def no for the example given. Killer Frost is a psychopath more interested in genocide than anything else. I kan live with using super abilities to routinely break the law for personal gain or tryna change the world, but I don't tolerate truly evil people.

With komic book characters, you kan't just throw out a name and be done with it when there are literally hundreds of incarnations of said name. We've seen a number of good, bad, and neutral kats over the years. Plenty of the neutrals are still villains for konstantly stealing from jewelers and museums, but the only blood on their hands (if any) are from self-defence and/or people that deserved it.

is this a supervillain in gothem? because the batman is likely to tool you up for dirt on her. plus, you run a much higher risk of coming into contact with crazies like joker or zsasz, which means you'll likely end up as the dead motivation for some form of redemption for said girlfriend supervillain...
