The size of the squirts are actually quite small and 1.5 liters of water are equal to close to 51 fluid ounces. It takes like 6 bottles of water for me to run out of Mio

Its less about not liking water and trying to cut out soda because I enjoy having a flavoured drink with food. I drink about 3 liters of water a day and I flavour one and drink the other plain.
