There's also a moral measurement behind choosing to openly antagonize others. This hombre should let the stores know he's out in the lot filming and ask them what they believe is acceptable. I am willing to wager most business would react by saying nope don't bother customers over this. It's not a big deal. They harass the drivers and then put giant ass stickers over their windshields. I've seen times where knives and guns got pulled on them, and they also got into numerous fist fights.
