I wouldn't change my living too much. Use the 100k acres to feed the locals and open restaurant with a high class chef famed for all the food being local and fresh only, farm to table. Build multiple resorts, lots of entertainment, golf courses, ziplines, race track, find out how really rich people vacation and do stuff to attract them. Try to become this super exclusive place and brand, all in one.
