asking for a friend
I'm guessing he can't ask for himself anymore.

Generally, you'll still be charged, but you'll usually get a lightened sentence or even have it entirely deferred despite a conviction.

While this is a UK case, it is a really famous relevant case. If the person dies and you eat them, you'll probably be fine. If you kill them to eat them, you're in trouble.

Just make sure you don't 'Murder' the tasty morsel, instead wait for them to have an 'accident'.. perhaps they might 'slip' maybe and when they fell perhaps they could have hit their head on a rock repeatedly maybe by 'accident'

What if youre in a literal starvation scenario, where you will die before your friend does, so you have to kill them to eat them to survive

you want to survive but you dont want to abuse a loophole or anything. By the book

How the fuck would anyone know?

Kill them. Eat them and drag the body to the shore line and let the sea claim it.

Just dont make a memento mori from their parts no matter how tempting it may be.
