It's fucked up but that one is funny. It's crazy to me how many of these people I see were using these excavators, and just how many of them mess up in the same way (move it down vertically instead of dumping the bucket forward). I was raised around equipment like that cause my dad was a landscaper. I've operated those buckets and I still get a bit nervous doing so. The outcome was actually very successful in helping clarify the role of C9orf72 in ALS and FTD and to help start multiple clinical trials on ALS drugs. There have been multiple instances of cases of ALS being diagnosed in higher concentrations of populations alongside bodies of water. Rivers, lakes, estuaries, seas, oceans.
