1 package Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 egg
2 Tbsp butter, melted
3/4 cup milk

Mix ingredients, batter will be slightly lumpy. Cook on a hot, lightly greased griddle. Turn when bubbles begin to appear and edges begin to dry.

Ok according to the parameters revealed by this topic I am not your enemy, but can we get some other things that would make someone your enemy just so we are aware?

I would probably use Marie Callender's mix if I was going to do it. Might add Grape Nuts too but not sure if those two would mix together well like the Grape Nuts and oatmeal pancakes I made did.

That's how my grandmother used to eat it. But she used to make non-sweet cornbread, so it was like eating wet, milky bread. I think cornbread and milk would be better with sweet cornbread.
