I think, if anything, my self confidence has gone downhill quite a lot since I was at school.

Generally speaking, does confidence go up or down?

Less, and I wasn't all that confident to begin with. I'm just better at faking being normal. I still have a breaking point to where I stress out. At 37 years old, I have lost all hope in in me becoming something better.

Slightly more confident but INSAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAANELY more depressed.

Really most my increase in confidence was an increase in not caring about life anymore.
