What does this mean?

A) It's risky and might not work. If I get those diseases, I'll develop antibodies. Let me worry about myself. Stay home if you're scared of me or measles.

or

B) It's not 100%, so we should get vaccinated, but wear masks and stand 6 feet apart indefinitely to protect the immunocompromised.

or

C) We should all get vaccinated so we can keep those diseases all but eradicated, protect the immunocompromised, and move on with our lives.
